Education for the Mind and Emotions Since 2004, the Student Stress & Anger Management Program (SSAM) has provided over 5000 students in the Los Angeles Unified School District with effective new skills for the biological, psychological and social stressors unique to their age group, helping students with their studies, their emotions and their lives. SSAM is an intervention program that helps students help themselves – and others, as participating students commonly report teaching their new skills to siblings, parents and friends. |
