“I like this stress management because I never get to relax at home. I always have homework and I have to clean the house, and if I’m not doing that I’m most likely watching my little brother. I have had anger management problems. I used to yell all the time and be really stubborn, but now I have learned to control that.”
“It help me a lot because I have a lot of anger problem that I wouldn’t understand what was the reson I got mat at some body. I really like commingher. I don’t talk a lot in class no more. Now I even do good in class.
The program has helped me when I am nervous in front of people. It also helps me sit down and be patient and relax so this program really helps a lot they should it for all grades. I used to think about gangs but not no more. It helps me not get in trouble and now they call my mom and say I do much better. That is so cool I have hugs from my mom. She is happy now. I like this relaxation so much I want to do it every day because it is fun. Before, I used to let out my anger or emotions related to anger. I would usally scream or throw a tantrum. That’s pretty embarassing for a thirteen tear-old. At home I would let my anger or emotions on my family members. Now I know how I feel and I don’t have to bottle down my Emotions. Please come next year and show me more Please. This class prove me that your mind can change anything. Good thing you came along cause I would be hyper a bit. But now that you came I was relaxed. Hopefully you come another time cause you are a very good lady. And I want to have another Before, I use to always be snobby at everyone because I had a lot in my mind, now I feel much better and friendlier. I would always wait till it was Thursday so we could go relax. I was alway afraid of tests and mad at my relative. Then I felt relaxed. We came out of stress management . After 3 and 4 period I always come out really pissed off. When we started coming to meditation on 5th period I began to feel relaxed and very peaceful. It help me don’t drink alcohol, drugs, smoke. |

In the Relaxation Class I feel calm and untroubled by problems. I feel warm inside. The Relaxation Class has change my life and I hope it changes a lot of peoples life. This class prove me that your mind can change anything.

This program helped me with grades. When I started in my classes I wasn’t very good in science. Now I have improve.
“It helped me was when I was taking a math test because I had very little time left. It helped me calm down.” I used to have a bad grade in English, but now I have a B- ever since I started going to stress management. The stress relief program is very satisfying. It has helped me with a test I thought I was not going to get an A on. By relaxing I was able to remember the steps to the problems and get 100% on it. It has also helped me sleep nights when I am anxious. I think that this program should be in every school so kids do better on tests. The program made me do better on tests because I wasn’t so stressed about them. I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me with my stress. Your class has helped me in Math and when we take the CST it helped me concentrate. This is really helping me concentrate a lot in all my classes before I really use to blank out a lot but now I really do pay attention and am even getting good grades. This program has really helped me especially on the CST:Test. Whenever I got nervous or I got stuck. I did one of your exercises. You make any hard test or problem seem simple. It has help me for the CST a lot, I felt concentrated. When there a test a school and if I have a panic attack I do the stress exercise and I remembered the answer! I’m in 6 grade, This program helped me to concentrate much better during testing. It helped me to concentrate in difficol times. It help me so much. I love this program It helps me a lot when I was doing my test like the CST. It makes me nervouse when I do test, but when I did the medidation I don’t get nervouse at all. It help me in my tests when I can’t concentrate I take a moment to relax Before I take a test I always use your techniqus to help me pass it. I liked it because I can concentrate more and when we are taking a test it helps me relax and I have more confidence. I also think it is great because it may help our brain to concentrate in what your doing.
When I do my English tests I’m consentrating more and getting good scores on my tests. I improve almost all my grades. It help me with my Quiz and focus in my classes. This stress class has changed my stress level and I love coming and relaxing. It really changes scores on tests when I can calm down and relax and I get a high grade. It helped me when my dog was going to the vet and on the verge of dying even when we found out that he had cancer I still went to the place where I could just get away from all of the pain and sorrow. So I thank you Miss. Edstrom and without the class I would have not dealt with my dog situation as good!

This classes has helped me with the pain on my back. I always use to tell my mom, Mom my back is hurting. She always put a cream on but it still keeps hurting. When I went to this class I thought this was not going to help me but it helps a lot!
Meditation makes my head stops hurting. It feels like I was born all over again. I can use the stress management techniques at home when my sister is bother me our screaming. I hate that and I get a headeck. I hate when I get a headeck so that’s when I do your techniqes. I feel so much better when I do your techniqes its like magic. Meditation helps me relieve all the stress and pain out. It’s awesome! In your class I learned that stress can damage your body in many ways. I want to thank you for caring of us, for thinking of our health. I use it everytime I do not feel well. I’m learning hot to know when I’m in pain

At night when ever I can’t sleep or my stomach hurts or something I use your relaxing technics and I sleep like a baby
It helps me when I am sleeping and I have a bad dream. This also helps me when I’m having trouble sleeping or when my sister doesn’t let me sleep. “One time when I was at home doing work, I could just not take it & I remembered the techniques. After that day I never had problems relaxing. When I come to school I can’t wait to go to the relaxation. These techniques I will never forget Thanks KRS!”
It helps me at my house because when my mom wants to clean the house outside like sweap, water plants,clean the cars I just do a little bit of relaxation and I don’t get stressed. It helped me a lot because I had a lot of problems with home, family, friends & even neighbors. I was really stressed out and so the stress management program really helped me. Now I do the stress management program by my self. It’s really helpful. I really liked it when we closed our eyes and let the stress out. I felt every problem I had just flew away out of my hands. I really really liked it if we did that next year. When you come now the school is more relaxed. Thank you for being here for us. I actually do meditation at home when my baby brother cries and my other brother and sister fighting and more and it actually helps me a lot. I wish we had meditation every day. Thank you. On stress management day, I feel so relieved knowing that my stress will go away. You don’t know how much my stress level has been going down each week. I feel great now. Through bad times. In your class I learned all about relaxing and no stress and the signs of how to tell my stress points. I’ve been overwhellmed with stress and when I go to your class, I forget why I was even stressed. We always feel better after Stress class, and we are ready to take on the rest of the day. I do these exercise when I have to do something important the next day. Once when I had to do like 5 things at once, I stopped for a while and did the exercise I wish I could have stress relief everyday for the rest of my live. I really like stress management. It helps me with my homework, classwork, my family and friends. Stress is a big problem for me because I get stressed a lot, so I’m thankful for stress management. You’re really helping me in my stress problems because each time I get mad at my sister I think about relaxing instead of fighting back, so now I won’t get in that much trouble with my parents anymore I really enjoyed the stress management program. I thought that it was a really good idea and it really helped me. Because of this program I have little to no stress now. Since I started your stress management class, I have gotten more and more relaxed. Before I always had stress from school and from home. |
It helped me a lot that I teach my parents when they see the bills.
I think that it was great. In the future I will teach people to do that and they will tell it to their children. I show it to my mom and she told me that she was going to do it also because she had some problems.

I taught this to my mom and she says it helps her alot. I think Stress management helps me a lot I tought my perents the techneqe they thought it was very nice and liked it.
